I made three new songs and put up some old ones that were collecting virtual dust on my hard drive. They're up on the songs page, now called Onesaint|Three.

I'm up to stuff....

Happy Birthday, USA!

I replaced the Fischerspooner widget with a Franz Ferdinand one. You can download a free .mp3 of a remix, but, as you listent o it, it becomes obvious why it's free - it suck. But it's worth getting if you're a completist, of course.

Francisco (now going as IAmWritersBlock), Jimmywa, and I filmed most of John Helpful yesterday. IAmWritersBlock came over two hours late, so we had to work quickly. We actually recorded it at my mom's instead of my dad's.

VATS3 and I filmed the first three scenes of Billies B & G II the other day, but they will probably be redone. It's about zombies, and will feature a tribute to (and be dedicated to) Michael Jackson. Rest in peace. Billy Mays, too.

OmegaWave33 is not going to do the skit in Cool Stuff, so it may never see the light of day. It sucks anyways. Also, blobbyxl probably won't do anything.

I finished editing A Day At The Zoo, which turned out really well.

So... happy Independence Day.

I added the original Silk Milk and a new page with a random photo that Francisco was bugging me to put on. I had to delete the latter, though - not enough room. Also, I'm using Twitter more often.

Also, the GF logo is here! It's a fish with a goatee! Thanks to Jimmywa for making this!

Sorry, I forgot to add Silk Milk.

Well, Intimacy Remixed sucks, the other Entertainment songs are awesome, and the other stuff is, too.

I went to the dentist,  I'm writing the John Helpful script, and don't feel like writing this right now.

Francisco's answering machine message is awesome. I had a thirty-secondc onversation with it before I realized that something was wrong...

I finished the script for John Helpful and we'll try to film this weekend, so I hope it works out.

Emma got a new blog.

Happy Father's Day!

Today was fun... I like water balloons. *evil laugh*

Bloc Party's new single "One More Chance" is SO WEIRD!! It's, like, completely different than their last album! It's so... un-Bloclike. It reminds me of the JFK remix of Flux. It took a while to get used to, but it's good. Very good. I uploaded the photo to Wikipedia! What a nerdy accomplishment.

Speaking of weird, Bloc Party apparently released two extra remixes on Intimacy Remixed for iTunes! That's not the weird part. The two are only available in the UK. That really sucks, but it's still not the weird part. No, the weird part is probably the fact that I clicked the link to it, and, after a popup that said that the +2 track version was not available in the US, it took me there and allowed me to listen to it.

That usually doesn't happen.

So... enough rambling. I'm gonna see what else is on UK iTunes. You can change the country in the bottom!

I still love Entertainment, but I can't get the other songs I downloaded.

Today, I updated a bit. I got rid of the discography page (there was no use for it), I added two links, and I got rid of the ‘Gimme A Sampler’ page. I put that section in the guestbook, and answered some comments.

I also added three of the four songs that I made on my uncle’s computer last Thanksgiving to the songs page: “Cloq”, “Worldinhand” and “Penultimate”. The fourth is none other than the original Silk Milk, which I shall add on hopefully next Monday. I also explained how Onesaint|Three got its name on that same page.

So, video news – or kinda… I’m planning, after filming more videos, to release a video every Monday or something like that. I’ve already got about ten videos stored (including a random thing Emma and I did and a trip to the Dallas Zoo!), but I’m waiting on OmegaWave88 (Sam) to do his part on Cool Stuff and new kinda-members blobbyxl (Ryan) and Francisco. We’ve all got ideas for John Helpful.

So, sorry for the wait, but I hope it’ll be worth it.

I discovered a random gift card as I was cleaning my room for the first complete time in two years. I didn't do it because I had to, but because I really, really felt like it for some unknown reason. It seems a lot more likeable now; who'd'a thunk it?

Anyways, it wasn't a specified amount, but I went to Target and bought a $25 iTunes gift card with it. It's weird how they let you do that - I thought they wouldn't let me. It's also weird because, although the card cost exactly $25, it was worth that much, which seemed odd to me - certainly it cost money to make? But my dad brought up a good point - there's got to be a lot of people like me who lose them, therefore not getting their goods although they were already paid for. (Well, I don't think I've actually lost any, but I seem to find one every six months.) Plus, iTunes doesn't have manufacturing costs, but that's not what  I was going for.

But, I'm going off the tangent. Anyways, I was happy because a lot of music that I want has come out lately. So, with my card, I got:

  • Entertainment by Fischerspooner (waiting for this for a while!)
  • Intimacy Remixed by Bloc Party (Hopefully it's better than Silent Alarm Remixed)
  • "21 Guns" by Green Day (I wanted to get the whole album - the album seems really good - but I'm gonna save up for next time)
  • "New Divide" by Linkin Park (It's actually really good, and I thought they just threw it together knowing it would sell)
  • "The Darkest Star" by Depeche Mode (For the past two years, I've been buying the album with the leftover money from my previous cards; it feels so good to have finished it! Every time I got a card, there was an entire album I wanted more than Playing The Angel, the album this is from, so this album came last each time. I want the new one badly, but I didn't have enough money; I want the $18.99 iTunes Pass version, but wanted Entertainment more)

As I was celebrating, iTunes completely froze. I had to close it, and then I spent half an hour trying to get it to open again before giving in and rebooting the computer (I'm stubborn, and restarting it is a lengthy proccess). When it started up again, it wouldn't get past the loading screen because my iPod was in, so I took it out, and although the computer worked well after that, my iPod completely froze.

I tried resetting it, but it didn't work. I eventually gave up and stuck into the computer again, hoping that it would work, but it didn't. iTunes froze again. I just went ahead and restarted it this time and took my iPod out again, which obviously didn't help. I put it in the wall charger I had found cleaning my room, but it just made a strange beeping noise that I don't remember ever hearing before.

I started the downloads again, and this time, they worked fine. I guess it had something to do with my iPod being in there. I looked up how to reset my iPod, and I realized that I just hadn't been holding down the buttons long enough. I held them down long enough. They worked. Yay!

But, by then, I had to leave, so now I have only nine songs from Entertainment on my iPod. Well, only five had downloaded, but I'd bought "Danse En France" and "The Best Revenge" last year, and gotten "Supply & Demand" and its D.I.M. remix from the official website, so that equals nine... I only bought the whole album because it had a bonus track that you couldn't buy separately.

Unbelievingly, I just got to the point. Entertainment is brilliant. I love it (from what I've heard). So... I'm happy. There might be a review coming soon; same thing for Franz Ferdinand's Tonight and its remix album Blood, both of which I've been listening to nonstop recently.

Oh, and I found a tape recorder, too, from when I was, like, ten years old. I was a very strange little kid. Strangely enough, my old friend and I had done a news broadcast in which a giant cyborg ("Twenty feet high!") gets run over by a car ("Six feet high!") and collapses on the ground, setting off a major earthquake and... making a giant lumberjack sign fall onto a lumberjack station, whatever that is. Seriously. I must have unconciously remembered  that. If you don't know what I'm talking about, watch "The Attack of the Killer Hamster" on YouTube by ghotifishproductions.

So... yeah. That was extremely long. Oh well, I'm in a good mood. I know no one reads this blog anyways, though...

Ha - three years ago everyone was freaking out. tongue

Well, I FINALLY finished the Coldplay review. What happened was, I finished it, then the server or something crashed and I didn't feel like doing it again. That actually happened again today, but it saved it this time smile. However, Firefox actually crashed while I was typing this, and it didn't save it, so I was mad...

New videos are being shot and stuff, and Sam is better...

Stay tuned for the Adventures of John Helpful!

As you may have noticed, there has been a lack of newslately. Sorry. The first episode of Cool Stuff was filmed a month ago, but itit hasn't been edited because we are waiting for OmegaWave88 of JS3 Productionsto film and edit his little segment. Unfortunately, his sick at the moment...

Cool Stuff, so far, is not cool. It sucks... so this mightbe the only episode. Thank my sister for the outcome - she would NOT leave usalone...

I have an idea for a new show, and and idea for Billies B& G II, so stay tuned if you care...

It just might involve a new member.

Well, I participated in the Poetry Slam, so that might be up on YouTube soon. I've decided to start Tweeting again. Not much is happening really, but I might film the first episode of CSYPDKUN this weekend (after I get back from volunteering at the elderly centre and the library). Stay tuned!
